the hotel was exceptionally clean and romantic, had beautiful views to old town and prminent buildings. the venue was in a central setting in the michelin restaurant. besides, we were close enough to the hotel's black london taxi, the port wineries and tasting rooms and town centre. the room was very large, nice bed.

The hotel is perfectly located in lively Porto, offering breathtaking views of the cityscape. From the car, we could see the reconstruction area, with huge cranes dominating the nearby construction site. Our room was luxurious, with spacious and beautifully designed interiors, and the bathroom was impeccable. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast spread was delectable, and the terrace offered a perfect spot to enjoy the panoramic view over Porto.
The concierge service was lacking, as they failed to provide accurate information about reservations at wineries in the Douro Valley.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was fantastic! Loved the panoramic views of the river and city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bed. The best part was the breakfast, with a huge selection of hot and cold food. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the river and a short walk to the city center. a great experience and would definitely return.
The only downside was the lack of a kettle or coffee making facilities in the room. It would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee in the morning.

All was perfect except for the small issue of the leisure/TV room being closed during our stay. However, this didn't affect our overall experience, as there were plenty of other activities and amenities to keep us entertained.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities!
I had an incredible stay recently at a hotel in Porto! The complementary drinks upon arrival and the free breakfast were great touches. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and attractions. The view from the room was breathtaking, and I loved the spaciousness and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
One thing that could be improved was the breakfast. While the free breakfast was nice, it could have been more varied and with more options.
